Pet Med Log Support
Thank you for using Pet Med Log. If you have a question or run into a problem, please email us. We usually reply within a few days.
Frequently asked questions
- Reminders don't arrive.
- Open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Pet Med Log, and turn on Allow Notifications. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Medication reminders are scheduled again every time you open the app, so opening it once after changing a medication helps.
- When do vet-visit reminders arrive?
- If you set a next visit date, you'll get a reminder at 8 PM the day before and at 8 AM on the day.
- I'm getting a new iPhone. How do I move my data?
- In Settings, tap Export Data and save the file (for example to iCloud Drive or Files). On the new iPhone, install Pet Med Log, then tap Import Data and choose the file. Importing replaces all data on the new device.
- Is my data sent anywhere?
- No. Pet Med Log has no networking features. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
- How do I share a monthly medication card?
- On the Home screen, tap the calendar icon next to Today's Meds, then tap the share button at the top right.
- Can Pet Med Log replace advice from my vet?
- No. Pet Med Log is a tool for records and reminders. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a veterinarian. If you're concerned about your pet's health, please contact your vet.
